Hospital Infectious Waste Sterilizer

Without Internal Shredder

Specially Designed for Hospital, Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Applications

Available in different capacities: 75, 150, 300, 500, 1000 and 2000 litres

  • Medical wastes which are collected in autoclavable Polypropylene Bags, should be placed in a special trolley to be put it into the chamber. AWOS sterilization process is done by injecting compressed steam into the chamber at the determined temperature of 135 °C for 10 minutes. There are three stages of pulse-matic chamber evacuation in advance, as well as a subsequent post-vacuum stage at which air pressure of chamber is reduced, functioning as a drying system Liquid waste will be automatically separated, sterilized and discharged to septic system. The whole process will be 40 minutes. After sterilization and opening the unloading door, the treated waste can be discharged into trolley. The final product will be ordinary urban garbage, 50 % lower in volume and 20% lower in weight.
  • All doors are designed with a number of safety features:
  • No door will open if there is still pressure in the chamber.
  • No door will open if the chamber or load temperature is too high.
  • In a double door system it is impossible to open two doors simultaneously.

•    While door is being closed, the door will open immediately if an object is detected in front of it.
