Hospital Infectious Waste Sterilizer

Specially Designed for Hospital, Pharmaceutical and Laboratory Applications

AWS is an apparatus purpose fully designed for shredding and sterilizing pathogenic-hazardous infectious waste. Sterilization process starts when wastes are shredded completely into small pieces. It is done by injecting compressed steam into the chamber at the determined temperature of 138 °C for 10 minutes There are three stages of pulse-matic chamber evacuation in advance, as well as a subsequent post-vacuum stage at which air pressure of chamber is evacuated, functioning as a drying system. Liquid waste will be automatically separated, sterilized and discharged to septic system. The whole process will be 45 minutes after sterilization and opening the bottom door, the treated waste will be discharged into trolley.  The final product will be a pile of shredded ordinary urban garbage, 80% lower in volume and 30% lower in weight.
